MEET THE TEAM
Reby Media publisher Jonathan Young is a multi-award winning journalist, with nearly 20 years experience in print and audio journalism. He began his career in civil engineering before moving into journalism in the mid 00s. Jonathan has been publisher at Reby Media since 2013 and leads the content and partnerships teams.
Con Faraci is the Product Lead for Reby’s Engineering Matters podcast. Con has joined Reby from the B2B software sector where he has worked helping companies rollout data-driven technology solutions. His passion lies in building strong relationships with customers and utilising technology to find innovative solutions to their problems.
Josh Henderson is product lead for Brewers Journal. Since joining Reby Media in 2016 Josh has helped launch and grow a number of brands for Reby and its partners. Josh is now responsible for the Brewers Journal portfolio of magazines, podcasts, videos and events.
Helen Pollard joined Reby Media in 2019 as head of accounts and has been general manager since 2021. Helen is responsible for the smooth running of the internal workings of Reby.
Ross MacPherson is an award-winning audio producer and leads Reby Media’s audio and video productions. Ross brings stories to life creating beautiful and compelling soundscapes and dramatic and engaging videos.
Tim Sheahan joined Reby Media as the launch editor of the Brewers Journal in 2015. Tim has since spearheaded the brand into a market leading magazine, podcast and events portfolio.
Will North is a lead producer at Reby Media with decades of experience in technical journalism and more recently broadcast media. Will has a flare to taking complex topics and making them accessible to a generalist audience.
Bernadette joined Reby Media in 2018 as the launch producer and host of Engineering Matters. As senior producer Bernadette brings a wealth of journalism and storytelling experience to every episode, driving Engineering Matters to win multiple awards including Best Technology Podcast.
Alex Conacher is a senior producer for Engineering Matter. Alex joined Reby Media in 2020 as a producer and podcast host. Alex is now a roving reporter, producing Engineering Matters episodes from across the globe.
Rhian is an award-winning journalist and podcast producer. With more than a decade of experience in storytelling, Rhian has been a travel writer, a law reporter, she has covered the medical sector, the engineering industry, health and lifestyle and much more. Rhian brings compelling ideas to every project.
Johnnie Dowling is a natural storyteller with a talent for making policy, regulations and social change relevant to specific industries and roles. Johnnie produces audio and video content across Reby Media and our partners’ projects.
